We tried something new this year for Christmas Eve. We went swimming! Our normal Cannon family Christmas party was canceled this year because of Covid 19 and so we starting to think about what our new Christmas Eve day tradition should be. I decided that it needed to be something active to wear the kids out so that they might sleep better at night. So we headed over to our near by indoor swimming pool and let the kids swim for a few hours. Some Cannon cousins came as well and we all tried to get as much energy out as possible. They loved it and it might have to become our new Christmas Eve tradition.
That evening the kids were gifted some new jammies from Utah Foster Care donors and they all loved "getting cozy" in their new jammies. We took a few photos by the Christmas tree and they were off to bed.
