Hello, Connecticut (2019 Summer Trip Part 2)

We arrived in Connecticut on Thursday, June 20th.  We said hello to Larissa and family (met sweet Rodney for the first time) and then we headed to my cousin's house near by to sleep.  My cousin Brian and his wife Holly were so amazing and let us stay at their house for many of the nights that we were in Connecticut since Larissa's house was full with the rest of my family.  They have 4 boys that are my kids ages and to say the kids enjoyed playing together would be an understatement.  They had an absolute blast running all over their house and yard.  What a fun bonding experience for them. 

Friday we woke up and headed to the trampoline park to get some wiggles out.  This place was huge and had tons of fun things for the kids.  I even got to jump with them since I wasn't pregnant. woot woot!

That evening we had dinner at Brian and Holly's house with all of the family.  My mom's only sister lives in Connecticut and a few of her kids (Brian being one of them).  We love visiting with them and we always love a good family party.  This one ended with a family baseball game that everyone enjoyed getting into.  Brian even painted the lines for the baseball game on the grass which was a awesome touch. 

Saturday we went to Wickam Park during the day.  The kids played on the playground, we toured their mini zoo, and the men played disc golf.

That evening we headed to my aunt and uncles house for a barbecue and a little swimming in their pool (it was still cold water so not too many people got in).  Our family all wore our matching family reunion shirts and Alan took some photos for us.  The whole family all back together again!  The number on the back in the order that everyone joined the family.  

Sunday was church and relax time.  These cute babies ended up matching at church and it wasn't even planned. 

Monday morning we headed to the airbnb that we got to stay in for the week.  It was in Brooklyn Connecticut.  Post coming soon...
