Deck the Halls and all things Christmas- December 2018

The 2018 Christmas season was fantastic.  After a rough/ weird/ busy summer and fall we were thankful for the chance to have a fun and "normal" Christmas season.  We got to do all of our favorite Christmas things and really spend time enjoying the holiday season.

We went to temple square and saw the lights, we decorated gingerbread houses, we wore our Christmas jammies (from last year since they still fit), we played in the snow, we went to the Christmas village in Ogden, we saw Santa, we talked about Jesus's birth, we got to meet our newest nephew, Carver, we had our ward Christmas party, we had a spa night as a family, and we dressed up in coordinating Sunday clothes.  It truly was a wonderful December.

I am thankful we made time to be together as a family throughout the month, because once Christmas week came... life got super busy and we had SO MUCH going on.  But it was ok since we had had a nice month already (I will talk about Christmas day in another post).  Love this fun family of mine!
