Magnolia Turns 4

Sweet Magnolia turned 4 years old on October 22, 2020.  Magnolia is really into lions this year and I really wanted to be able to take her to the zoo to see some in real life.  Our schedule was so busy at the end of October while we were preparing for baby girl to join our family and I didn't know if we would be able to make a visit to the zoo.  But in the end we were able to make it work on the morning of her actual birthday.  McKay stayed home with Little A and Rockwell while I took Magnolia, Declin, Big Sis, and Mr. J to the zoo.  It was such a special morning for me to spend that quality time with the "middle" kids looking at the animals.  They loved it and I did too!

Nola also got to pick all of the meals on her birthday.  Getting to pick their birthday menu has been a new tradition since Covid started and they are all loving it.  For dessert she chose ice cream sundaes instead of cake since she doesn't really like cake.  All the kids love to add toppings to their ice cream.  They all really enjoyed the treat.

For her presents she got some Bakugan ball transformers and Lion King toys.  She is at the perfect age for playing with toys.  The rest of her birthday evening was spend surrounded with her toys playing, playing, playing.

Nola is such a fun girl.  We all love her personality and she definitely surprises us daily.  Her year of being 3 was full of wanting to wear boy clothes and be just like daddy... although mommy is definitely still her favorite.  She wants to be super fast like flash and she thinks lions are the strongest animal in the world.  She loves any toy and will play ALL day.  She has the best imagination and really makes things come to life with her play.  She loves the color blue and really wants to climb on the roof with Daddy some day.  She and Big Sis are the best of friends and I am so glad they have each other.  Nola is tenderhearted, but wants to seem tough.  I love her big beautiful eyes and her excitement over life.  She is a great eater and loves to try new foods.  She also still loves her sippy cup of milk and would still suck on a binky if we would let her. Nola we LOVE you!
