But despite my lack of planning we did have a wonderful spring break this year that I think the kids really enjoyed.
We started off spring break by having a lunch and park date with cousins. I am always so grateful that our kids have cousins their age. I love watching them play and it is amazing how fast everyone is growing up. They will all be teenagers before we know it. I especially love that Adalyn has girl cousins her age. It seems for us there is no shortage of little boys in the neighborhood to play with, but not a ton of girls.
After the cousin playdate we headed over to the hill air Force Base museum with my parents and Corinne and kids. We toured around toddler style (meaning we just walked around and trying to keep kids out of the displays). Mckay met us there after work which was fun and then we all headed back to our house for a picnic dinner. That we ate in the kitchen since we were hungry and lazy by that point. 😊
Tuesday we headed up to Kamas, UT to drop off Addie and Jensen at Dayton's house for a cousin sleepover. They went swimming, played with the dogs and saw farm animals while they were there. At home we enjoyed the slow life with just the little ones and got a few naps in.
Thursday evening I took Addie and her neighbor friend McCall on a girls night. We went to the mall and bought a little toy from Claire's and then had a treat. These girls were SO excited to be hanging out at the mall together. 😁

Saturday was general conference which is such a treat to relax and enjoy time with family.
Sunday we got together with my family for general conference and a early Easter egg hunt in the backyard.
